Happy Tuesday loves! Today’s feature is none other than (my bestie in my head), Serena Williams!! Most of you may not know but I played competitive tennis until I entered college and she was my inspiration and idol. That was years ago and she’s still inspiring me and so many women to greatness. On July 9, Serena won her 22nd Wimbledon Championship title against Angelique Kerber. About five hours later, Serena and her sister Venus Williams won their 14th Grand Slam Doubles title for the first time in 4 years.
To say I’m proud of Serena is an understatement! I have loved watching her evolve into a beautiful, intelligent, and let’s not forget strong woman!
