Happy Wednesday loves! How are you? With the cool temps here in Kentucky, I’ve still had a lot of fun wearing sundresses as often as possible. The star of today’s look is this off shoulder floral maxi sundress It’s perfect for a labor day BBQ, a date night with the Hubby, or an outing with friends. In my daily life, I need pieces that are multi functional. I don’t like spending a lot of time planning out outfits outside of this blog, believe it or not. So I’m intentional about building my wardrobe with pieces like these that can be worn with heels like I have on, sneakers, or sandals. Then all I have left to style is accessories, hair, and makeup.
I styled this look with my bamboo bag, nude block heeled sandals, yellow tassel earrings, and a dainty pendant necklace.
Dainty Necklaces
As much as I love a statement necklace, this summer, I’ve preferred dainty necklaces much more. When it’s hot, I can’t stand to have anything heavy on my skin or clinging to my neck. I’ve really gravitated towards pretty gold necklaces like the one from Mod Cloth featured here. It’s is lightweight and still adds that pop of color that you all know I love.

August 23, 2017Great maxi! I loving the off the shoulder detail to this dress. I totally agree with statement necklaces, they aren’t as functional in the summer. Loving the necklace you choose instead!
