Fruity Crop Top & The Summer “IT” Bag

Happy Wednesday loves! I really missed you all last week! Posting and sharing outfits to inspire has become such an important part of my weekly routine. So when I miss a week, it throws things off for me. In today’s look, I’m sporting another fun crop top! What has been going on with me this summer? Crop tops aren’t usually my thing but I have fallen hard but this summer, I can’t stop buying them. This fruity crop top is an example of the kinds that fit my personal style. It shows off a sliver of your stomach without being too revealing. The pop of color from the pineapples, papayas, and bananas are vibrant and eye catching. I’m also loving the statement sleeves. If you look closely, you’ll notice the cinched in sleeves in a bow. Essentially, I’m wearing skinny jeans and a top. But a statement top like the one I’m wearing here, (and have linked to more below),  elevates a simple to look to fabulous.

We are moving soon and Hubby and I have been packing our lives away, literally! I am so so excited to move and set up our new home but it’s bittersweet because we’ve lived in our current home since we got married a little over 3 years ago. In our new home, we will have a yard for polo and more space, not to mention it’s closer to our jobs, friends, and church! We have found so many cute new pieces for our new home and are in that purging period and it feels so freeing. I am ready for a clean slate to decorate and make our home feel like us.

This summer’s “IT” Bag

Y’all this beautiful bamboo bag is EVERYWHERE right now and it’s so frivolous yet such a must have addition to your wardrobe. There are various colors but I decided to get the neutral wooden option. It goes with every outfit I can think of (outside of work wear when I need my items to not be exposed lol!) Do you have one? And how do you style yours? I’m excited to loop of some of my vintage scarves through the handles for future looks. I am currently lusting over these two here and here and hoping my Hubby sees this post for potential birthday gifts for me. 😉
