Festival Style Lookbook: White Shorts + Dashiki

Happy Monday loves!

I’m back with something fabulous to share with you all today! As you know, spring has officially settled in and seems like it’s here to stay. Along with that comes a lot of fun outdoor activities…and what we like to call festival season! I love attending festivals with my husband and friends and aside from the art, food, or music we’re experiencing I like to people watch and see what others are wearing.

I wanted to provide a style look book to not only show you what I typically wear to festivals but to help provide some inspiration if you’re feeling stumped on what to wear. So for the next 5 outfit style posts, there will be a new look to help guide you!

In the first look of this series, I styled white short shorts with an over-sized vibrant dashiki. It’s 100% cotton and very breathable and perfectly comfortable for staying outside over long periods of time. I loved the added color the dashiki gives and the contrast with white shorts. I decided to not wear a purse because I don’t like to be bogged down when I’m at a festival. I wore comfortable sandals and my favorite pair of sunglasses and I was ready to have some fun!
