Floral Circle Midi Skirt

Happy Wednesday loves! I hope your week has been fabulous so far! I’m super excited today because this evening I’m attending a Derby Gala in Louisville, KY with my husband and one of our favorite artists, Anthony Hamilton will be performing live! His songs have so much meaning to us. We have lyrics from one particular song of his engraved on our wedding bands. We don’t get the chance to go out in a tux and  ball gown often, so this should be really fun, I’m looking forward to getting all jazzed up with my husband, dancing, and enjoying the night!

We’ve had some brisk mornings here in Lexington, KY while having gorgeous and sunny afternoons so you know what that means…I have to break out my floral circle midi skirt. Though this skirt is fuller and knee-length, the fabric is lightweight and can provide much needed coverage on a breezy day and the floral print is just perfect for Spring! The cut and shape of this skirt is so my style, but also flattering on the everyday woman. The mission of this blog is to showcase style that can inspire all women and I work hard to not stray away from that purpose while creating fresh new content for you all.

I styled this floral circle midi skirt with a classic white v-neck tee and block heel sandals. I wanted to style the skirt a bit more casually and I think the basket woven clutch, gold pearl necklace, and over-sized sunglasses did just that.
