Striped Bell Sleeve Dress

Happy Tuesday loves! How was your Easter weekend? Hubby and I really enjoyed ourselves. On Saturday we had absolutely perfect weather, so we ventured out in Lexington to do some light shopping, shoot for the blog, and then had dinner out on a patio (our favorite) . I always enjoy finding new spots and pretending to be a tourist in our own town. Then on Sunday, we went to church and had a beautiful service. After that, we grabbed our dog, Polo and went to Hub’s parents’ house for Easter Dinner. This weekend gave us a glimpse of summer and I am really looking forward to it! Now on to today’s look featuring this striped bell sleeve dress.

If I could pick one thing I’ve been excited to see become a trend this season, it would be statement sleeves!! I’m seeing them on dresses, tops, and jumpsuits and I love them! This dress is so classic and simple, but with the added bell sleeves, it becomes a real show stopper! Since this dress lends more to the neutral side, I decided to really jazz up my accessories, and wore my over-sized sunglasses, vintage statement earrings and a necklace.
